sending pictures from the weekend

http://picasaweb.google.com/brittneymrowley/Kids62809

The weekend is here and gone; again. So sad to see it come to an end. I look forward to the weekends and spending the time with the Frank and the kids. This weekend the weather was beautiful so we spend a majority of the time outside. Saturday, we went to a BMX race for Keegan. it was not the nicest track, but Keegan didn't care one bit. He got to ride his bike.

Sunday, we got up and did it all over again, but it was Frank's race this time. He did great, as usual. I didn't get to see him as much as i would have liked to. I was watching my kids and two other kids. I should start charging to watch kids at these races. All in all we had a great time.

I have the week off of work. Today, it is just busy stuff around the house. Clean up dog poop, mow the lawn, take the dog and kids for walk, get paint and touch up the walls. you know, your normal day to day stuff. tomorrow we are off to the zoo with the neighbors. I'll take pictures and send them on.

have a great Monday

BMX nationals

June 14, 2008 - Keegan's first national bmx race in Rockford Illinois. It was the most beautiful day for a race. and so many people around. I am not sure who was more anxious, Keegan or Frank.

Always friends....

Forever Friends!
This past weekend I was reunited with my two best friends from high school. We met up in Elkhart Indiana with the kids. Times may pass us by, but our friendship will always last. we had a great time together, and I look forward to the next time we can do it again. (without the kids)

Graduation time...

He has graduated from Pre-school, at least this year. Next year he will do it again. He was so excited and felt so special, because he got to say the first verse..."In the beginning, God created the heavens and earth." They sang songs and danced. One of these day's I'll figure out how to put a video on my blog.

Keegan is starting Camp Bumble Bee this week with a few of his neighborhood friends.

Family photos

http://www.marmaladephotography.com/slideshows/slideshow.php?slideshow=rowley

We did it! we had our family photos taken and I selected the ones i want to hang on my walls. I can't wait to see them. i am sharing the slide show presentation with all of you. the hardest part was choosing which ones, and what size.

As the weekens ends, i am sitting here at the kitchen table. Tanner to the right of me trying to eat her dinner with a "real" fork. she is definatley my eater in this house. it must be a girl thing. As I look up past the computer, Keegan is playing out back with his neighbor friend, Courtney. they will play for hours, making mud cookies.

today, i took the kids to the local pool. they had a blast, until Keegan's toe turned raw and started bleeding and Tanner fell down and skinned her knee....bloody mess. they had a blast playing in the water. Tanner loved it. like being in a big bath tub. At least I can see and enjoy my well spent tax dollar.

Frank is returning from a race just north of here. He and his brother got to race and spend some much needed time together. Those two could be inseperable if they didn't have wives. John has been here for the weekend.

Finally, summer is here. I love it! i hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
